▣ CIVIL BUDDY
Team Mintang · NUS-ISS Show Me Your Agents 2026
Façade SME workflow · Synthetic demonstration

Connect the tender clause to the container plan.

Civil Buddy links a façade tender, a real panel list, a packing plan and the corresponding draft response. Every logistics statement points back to its clause and the calculated plan figure.

Project showcase: this free Static Space presents the workflow and recorded sample results. It does not run the Python backend or process uploaded documents.

One linked workflow

01 / READ

Tender requirements

Identify logistics clauses, container type and human review items, retaining their source clauses.

02 / PLAN

Panel packing

Read the Excel panel list, calculate a container plan and track the figures used in the response.

03 / LINK

Draft and trace

Write English logistics statements from plan figures and flag drafts needing a person to confirm.

Recorded example

Clause 4.8 · 40HQ · Partial: in the repository’s synthetic example, the recorded plan reports 6 × 40HQ for 24 pieces and 10,800 kg net.

Clause 4.9 · gross mass · Partial: a recorded heaviest container of 6,472.8 kg gross against this synthetic tender’s 20,000 kg limit.

Calculation limits: A-frame stillages are not modelled. Gross mass uses an approximate 40HQ tare and excludes dunnage, lashing and stillage weight. These figures do not establish a final shipping plan or tender compliance. A competent person must review and sign off the loading plan before booking; the signed verified gross mass (VGM) governs.

Those numbers are a snapshot from the published example; they are not calculated by this page. The source repository contains the reproducible offline command and test data.

Human review remains essential
